if youre down to gun for the next 2 years:
LR->ed board-> COA feeder clerkship->SCOTUS clerkship->2 years biglawl-> academia
I had a similar gpa at a similar school after first semester I chose to slack and enjoy the remainder of law school, still got a good clerkship, but now I'm stuck in biglawl
I enjoyed law school and have a lot of money, so my path isn't at all bad, even if my future is less secure than a ride or die gunner

It goes like this.
2 yrs V20 -> axed w/ sev. pay -> 2 yrs V50 -> axed w/ sev. pay -> 2 yrs V100 -> axed w/ sev. pay -> 2 yrs boutique law -> axed w/ sev. pay -> early retirement

depends on your goals.
if you want to make decent money with decent hours for the vast majority of your career ($250k+, 40 hours/week), go to a big firm and do IP transactional or other desirable in-house type area and then go in-house after 4-5 years.
if you're gunning for prestige, obviously get the best clerkships and then go work for some prestigious boutique or whatever but you'll prob hate your life.

Don't transfer. Free ride is worth saving the 100k it will cost for 2L and 3L year.
Where do you want to live long term? Start now lining up a COA clerkship nearby and a SA gig at the best firm where you want to be. Spend your 1L summer in your end goal location. If your end goal is someplace other than NY, SF and maybe LA and DC, you can afford to buy a nice place after a couple or few years working and you can settle into a comfortable BIGLAW career.
The best advice I can give you is to keep gunning until law school is over. While good grades from a T14 will get you biglaw, T14, 3.9 (summa/high honors especially), law review and COA clerkship makes you a superstar and stays with you for your whole career.
