He had a job offer for $110K as a director of security but he turned it down for law school! Unreal. Un-f'n-real. Seems perfectly reasonable for someone in that position to choose to go to a TT with a free ride in order to pursue something they are interested in, which in the case presumably doesn't include the sort of soul crushing biglaw work that most of xo focuses on.
