street is beautiful, treelined, old victorian houses. it's two blocks from train direct to grand central in 30 minutes.
house is also lovely, with no major issues, but like, we'd eventually renovate the kitchen and crap. nice backyard. 5 bedrooms, 5 baths. 2900 square feet. 340 k, which seems so absurdly cheap for a home in westchester, let alone one that's actually charming with curb appeal, which this has.
elementary school rated 7/10. crime low. diverse mix of people, but in a good way.
i mean, pretty boring. but still plan to work in ny. so don't really care if there's anything to do when we get home but putter around. have dog. baby dude. want to do this.
what am i missing? |
