My diet is sorta shitty but I get away with a lot because I train Brazilian jujitsu several times a week and it burns a ton of calories. Biggest tip is eat a lot of protein. At least one gram for every pound you weigh.
I don't take any supplements like protein powder or creatine. I just lift heavy and often, and eat a ton of high protein calories. |

Since I paid myself a salary of 200k I can do up to 50k for a retirement contribution. The balance is K1'ed to me as a distribution.
My numbers so far this year are higher than last year and as I said the projections are 300-400k. I can post an YTD P&L when I'm back from my vacation on Monday, but it's higher than the same month last year. |
