Just do some IRL practice runs if you can--arrange a few volunteers to simulate the panel so you get a sense of the live experience. But I have been the guy who runs the crowd mic at big industry panels such as the one you describe. I understand the stress. You'll do great. The people who speak at these things speak at dozens of panels each year, good or bad you'll soon be forgotten. |
