The result would be higher education higher than the propaganda-saturated version we have, and more sustainable."

1. make existing loans dischargeable in bankruptcy after 5 years or so.
2. revoke federal backing for loans; make available some academic scholarships instead.
3. implement clawback provisions against the endowments/bank accounts of schools whose students go bankrupt.
problem solved. and collateral problems like useless admin layers would solve themselves from lack of funding. |
