Well what I mean is there's a recipe for it online, you can't just buy it at the store. First I salt the fucking pork shoulder (also called butt roast/boston butt) down. Then I rub it with the rub. Then it goes in the smoker where temps really don't matter much since there's so much collagen and fat that overheat is not an issue. That's all there is to it! |

They park on my lot, and sometimes they just drive up to the window. In the winter they would drive up to the window and I would get out of the truck to give them the food (the window is too high to reach unless they come extremely close). I don't have any benches. Usually people put their food on the trunk of my car and we use that as a table. |
