Even outside SF the Bay Area is sorta over rated. The South Bay is just NOWAG/NOWIG overpriced tech hell hole. North Bay is actually cheaper in some places but its WHITEY, and WHITEY is the DEVIL.
East Bay is okay but still over priced. Berkeley is cool to an extent but don't think it wld be a good place to raise kids unless you want your daughter asking for a penis transplant for her 12th b-day.
If you live in Walnut Creek that is basically suburbia hell, might as well go to LA or SD.
I mean most places in America suck so I can't really say the Bay Area is TTT but for the price you pay and shit I'd rather just live in fucking LA, and I'll probably move to LA soon actually |

Date: May 2nd, 2015 9:28 PM Author: beady-eyed internet-worthy whorehouse toilet seat where would u live in LA? i know you prefer the beach but i found that areas around DTLA were more welcoming to transplants. i was in highland park for a while and it was pretty kewl. easy access to the freeways and to DTLA bars with the gold line. also there are some afterhours parties i found in westlake and like east of chinatown past the river. silver lake/echo park has a lot of DTF sluts who maybe might not be raceist also, at least when i was there, you could rent a 3BR house with a decent backyard for like $2100. we had some bonfires there and it was gud times if u really want beach in LA, you're looking at south bay, which is lame and isolating |

didnt know south bay sucks, i mean hermosa etc have nice beaches and i heard there is some nihtlife but i imagine its mostly fratty cumskins

LA has cool shit sprinkled all over. even though driving sucks, when there was a party in the hollywood hills or a concert at el rey or w/e, it was manageable and worth it to attend. OTOH, i never saw anyone i knew from south bay ever come out to shit but don't take my word for it, you should sublet places for a while and get a feel for what you'd like |

yeah, LA has its fuking major downsides. Just driving everywhere sucks ass. U live in ur car. Even going like a short distance in Santa Monica to the beach takes 30-40 minutes once u factor in parking. ITs retarded but at least now the public transportation is getting better
