I was watching the undercard and seeing those 120 pound mexicans wail on each other.
I have no doubt that either of them could whoop my ass good. I am curious however, how hard they can punch. Could they hurt me punching me in the shoulder, etc.
Having never been punched by a little dude, I welcome comments.

At the boxing gym I go to they have these little dudes that fight for pennies on the dollar in NYC ball rooms. When you see them hit IRL it's unbelievable. Many of them would give their left nut to be on the undercard for a typical ESPN Friday Night Fights. The dudes that you saw on PPV that night were absolute studs on the spectrum of professional boxers.
It's like watching baseball on TV and being able to see a 95 mph fastball on ESPN and thinking you can hit it. Then you get in the box and it's past you before you can react.
Same with these 120 lb dudes. They hit really hard. They use the muscles in their body to generate maximum power. If they hit you with a hook to the body you'll go down.

well consider this - here are the men's lifting records for the 123 lbs and below category:
squat - 639lbs
bench - 392
deadlift - 634
now, if those ratios hold at all (and by that i mean ratio of well-trained small dude to untrained normal dude), then a hit from a 120lb boxer is going to be rough.
