HARD BAR? CA? Start in early June.
Need to do well on MBE? Start doing practice Qs each night NOW. Do a few practice exams.
Otherwise you don't need to kill self. I didn't take CA or NY, so I can't speak to them, but for every other state doing a few hours a day until July 4 is fine. You need to be prepared to go all in after that point. But that's like 3 shitty weeks. The bar prep is just a lot of bullshit. It should be a good summer. Wake up, do some work, work out and have lunch, do some more work. And you're free for the rest of the day. Pretty chill.

Date: May 18th, 2015 4:47 PM Author: Black dead tank you'll probably want to read through the CMR. the CMR for most states is like 900 pages, right? you probably don't want to study more than 10 hours per day, and you probably don't want to have to worry about exceeding 10 pages per hour (leave yourself time to let the information soak in; re-read some stuff, and so on).
so you'd want 9 days to churn through the CMR plus maybe an extra day to rest/review. 10 days, then,
but note you could compress it into a week or maybe even less if you did more work/have a better memory than most people. |
