what does it mean when it says for example 15.5 32 dress shirt? does it mean 15.5 neck and 32" waist? most of my shirts have no waist size, they are just "slim fit".. but the neck tends to be 15-15.5, yet when I measured my neck circumference with a ruler it is actually <15" but the shirts feel tight and I never button the top button.. so what is the size? |
