Pizza--> Pita Bread Pizza with light cheese and lots of vegies (approx. 300 calories for 1 pizza)

Turkey Burgers on slim buns--> 300 calories for 1 burger

Chinese Food cravings--> Lean cuisine 250-300 calorie meals.
