Every year, FINRA puts out a letter highlighting its biggest concerns and priorities for the year. It may be useful to read it before the interview: http://www.finra.org/sites/default/files/p602239.pdf
Edit: There should be firm newsletters on it as well. As for the environment, most of the people I've encountered like it. |
