- I drank about 2 liters of water at 0600 this morning

- Around 0700 I had the urge to urinate but I held it in for 3.5 hours until it just became unbearable.

- I then weighed myself (185.2 lbs).

- I then urinated and immediately weighed myself again (183.6 lbs)

- This means I lost 1.6 lbs of urine. Converting to kg gives us 0.725 kg. Assuming that urine has roughly the same density as water this means my bladder can hold 725 mL.

- I did some research and found that normal bladder capacity is between 400-600 mL. This means I hold about 21% more than the upper range of normal .

Assuming that urine has roughly the same density as water this means my bladder can hold 725 mL. --> is this a fair assumption? seems like you can find some scholarship on this
