I am fighting the fail to yield ticket tomorrow morning to limit personal liability because my dad forgot to pay the insurance on my car. At first I pleaded no contest and now their is a trial.
My arguemnt is : It was dusk and sh had no headlights she has an international drivers licence from pakistan she made no attempt to stop or avoid collision
The cop has no recollection of any of the details about the accident
I am also in the hole for like 20g's + student loans |
