Scoring 80%+ on these subjects. Haven't memorized these outlines yet though. 2. Now working on evidence. Expect to have sufficient mastery of rules/exceptions by tomorrow where I'm scoring 80% on MBE problems. 3. Then working on remaining MBE problems and expect to have sufficient mastery by end of this weekend. 4. Then, next week, turning my attention to state subjects and practicing essays.
Summary: only really have torts and crim down, but haven't memorized the outlines yet. Working on rest. Am I delusional to think my progress is ok even though CA is the toughest bar?
Thoughts?

Date: July 7th, 2015 12:57 AM Author: French Harsh Nowag You should be fine brother. 80%+ accuracy on the MBE gets you four-fifths of the way (assuming you can write a passable essay on an MBE topic).
For the essay-only topics: rather than memorize entire outlines, try to memorize boilerplate/canned responses for the biggest issues they're likely to test. Literally 3/4 of your essay can be reduced to boilerplate; if you use IRAC, the I, R, and C can all be canned. The A can mostly be canned too -- just throw in a couple facts from the fact pattern to "argue" both sides. That was my approach to community property and wills & trusts (I hadn't taken those courses in law school and couldn't be bothered to learn them in time for the bar).
Oh, and start with PR. You're guaranteed a PR essay or performance exam question (or both). |

but, during the actual test, you'll just be rocking through them. i promise. timing is the last thing to worry about. |

I didn't take adderall, but I found that I couldn't even do a full 2 hours of work without a huge amount of caffeine...the material was just too dry.
On test day, I don't think I would have finished on time had it not been for the 20 oz coffee beforehand. I have problems focusing on material I'm not 100% interested in so the caffeine definitely helps me. |

Some of the subjects I have never taken in law school, like fucking family law, so I just want to make sure I have some familiarity with it.
I agree with respects to writing out full answers, as in including the facts and shit. That is a waste of time. I can finish the outlines usually in 5-10 minutes. |
