I'll approach this as if your asking about sunnyside. There's tons of diversity in it. "gardens" is so tiny you won't notice your statistic. It's an okay commute to MFH and an okay area. There's zero decent restaurants and activities in this neighborhood. No strivers, white collar professionals or single scene. It's like a bay ridge with better subways |
