Since working in-house, I've seen some of the dirty shit other in-house attorneys do. They will track change most of their items, but "must of disabled the track changes function" for some of the edits. We are constantly doing comparisons to confirm that their redline contains all of their edits (or the edits since we've last touched the document).
Edit: I know they prbly couldn't have done track changes for these filings. |

There is a preferred service line (those that have a security interest) and a normal service line. Because of the filing, the creditors lost their place in the preferred service line, and are now in the normal service line.
Problem is that there are many more people in both service lines than there are assets. So, a group will get screwed. It will be those in the normal service line. |

All the tard paralegal did was do a search for UCC and came back with 3 results. Only two of the UCCs were supposed to be released, 1 of the 3 was the interest in the 1.5bn facility that wAsnt supposed to be released. Nobody checked anything and voila 1.5 bn security interest was released among the other two.
Hilarity ensues. |
