A poaster suggested Subutiamine, but I haven't noticed an appreciable difference.
I just end up daydreaming and lost in introspection, and struggle to keep my focus on and remembering what people are saying.
I've tried piracetam. No effect. I need to get back on Bacopa, that is the one supplement that seemed to at least help my verbal recall.
But honestly I think the most important thing is to read. I have stopped reading, save for skimming the internet, and I believe it has ruined my attention span and memory. I want to start reading books again, and I think it will go a long way to repairing my deficiencies. |
