I think CSM is better than the other firms mentioned and would take over them. Then maybe skadden. Then all the rest. This is assuming corp. don't know for lit.
Regardless of corp/lit, All of them are going to be shitty. You will work a lot. Partners will scream. Associates will be tools. Weekends, holidays, birthdays will be ruined. So if you are trying to distinguish between sullcrom, cleary, dp, etc - consider factors other than vault ranking. What are offices like/location? What is training/rotation/assignment system like? What about vacations (I have heard that DP has a good assignment system and actually respects vacations but maybe others can weigh in)? Which has people that you click with? If you get an offer and they allow second looks/lunches, definitely do it, but with the caveat that the people you are interviewing with will probably no longer be at the firm by the time you start as an associate. |
