If you have a steady workflow (motions, depos), 45 a week isn't killself territory. If you have a bunch of piddly BS, then yeah, its a pain.

1. Have three to five active cases so you always have billable work. Try to select tentpole cases with tons of work to do. 2. Spend at least 12 hrs at the office per day. Aim to bill 10 hrs/day. 3. Plan to bill at least 5hrs every weekend. Never make weekend plans. 4. Don't take any vacations, get sick, or take time off. 5. Get your efficiency up. You're there to bill, not fuck around. Cop some addy if you are distractible. Figure out task and priority management so you are working on one billable task at a time. Skip meals or eat them at desk. No webbrowsing or other bs.
