Any other bros here at biglaw firms that don't pay lockstep?

Lockstep would be in the 265-280 range depending on firm. I get this firm doesn't pay lockstep but wondering if any xo brothers are in biglaw at a non-lockstep firm and whether I pwnedself by not trying to negotiate more money. I think k&l gates, reed smith, maybe dla and maybe orrick are like this? and the firms that don't do class years but "ranges" like senior / managing associate? |
