been smoking weed almost everyday past 3 weeks: I'm dumber/slower at work

I'm noticeably hazier in the morning and have a much harder time getting out of bed than usual. I also feel slower and stupider most of the day, especially in situations where i need to think on my feet IRL/on the phone. I don't smoke huge amounts (only a bowl after work) and I stop smoking about 3 hours before going to bed.
Stoners- explain again how pot is 100% harmless and the best thing ever |

most people sleep better, wake up more refreshed than usual(with the caveat that these are probably not morning people who usually wake up with high energy) and relative to literally any other drug have the least problems with after effects
hell man, I understand there are corresponding downsides that make it not some sort of wonder drug, but it honest to god does improve my concentration, better than addy especially after a few hours have passed |
