Where I'm at, I would guess at least 85% (probably moar) did NOT work at all after undergrad and went straight through. The typical age for new associates is 24 or 25, depending on when they have their birfday.

Same here. There were a few older students in their late 20s but most people did LS straight after UG. I was 17 when I started UG and 24 when I finished LS.
