Unnecessary: Muddytaint Lawn Service, LLC ("Muddytaint") moves for an award of attorney's fees against Shlomo Goldwasser ("Goldwasser").

No one is going to get confused and there's not going to be any ambiguity if you start talking about Muddytaint and Goldwasser without parenthetically defining them in your brief.

But that makes the boomers uneasy.

Although I would like to see the use of parentheticals with respect to posters on occasion: The URBAN MEYER 8-4 JUGGERNAUT ("RSF").

In their semi-defense, a lot of this shit can involve similarly named entities (e.g. Muddytaint Lawn Service Inc. Muddytaint Lawn Service, LLC, Muddytaint Lawn Service Holdings, etc.). However, if that's not an issue, then yeah it's pure boomer flame.

I'm ok with avoiding ambiguity. I just don't want to clutter things up if I don't have to.
