Gets a lot of calls for NY, just sends them as a courtesy to a guy in NY who occasionally reciprocates. I am a solo in NY, can I become of counsel to him, and then his firm is technically an NY firm too, so he can advertise in NY (google adwords only) and put my office location on his letterhead?
