yall niggaz need to get on dat headspace tip. it's a little hippydippy shitapp by some shitlib faggot from the uk but it's actually a very good intro to meditation. i'm an advanced meditator (have achieved nirvana at LEAST two times) and i tried it out and it hits all the right notes. activities like meditation are exactly what degenerate, self-indulgent yuppies like OP need to do to re-center themselves and recalibrate they lives.
