As soon as you get pulled over, turn off the car, hop out of the car with the bottle in your hand.
Unwrap the bottle and hold the wrapping in your hand. The next step is crucial: You must then pound that bottle like a freshman during hell week.
If you weren't driving terribly, the officer wont be able to say it was due to you being intoxicated because they wont be able to determine whether it was alcohol from prior drinks, or the brand new bottle you just drank. |
