But year, he is slow in part because no attorneys in our firm want to give him work (which if you good, there are rainmaker who will keep you reasonably busy....so he has to basically produce 100% of his work). |

Tried to learn on the job, god like five associates involved, but got fired about 5 months, and $250k, in, and we only got paid for like a third.
Took on a complex $50mm construction litigation case with similar generalist background. Again, got fired about a month in. This was my client. First call with the client was totally embarrassing (for us). He treated my client like they were retarded.
But just generally, clearly has no judgment. Doesn't really think things through. And doesn't ever listen to anyone...just does whatever he wants, even if he has gotten explicit direction otherwise from the partner who managed the relationship or the client. |
