bad grades at a non-flagship state UG, crushed the LSAT, attended T14, got V100 biglaw. paid off my loans this year, living a comfortable life, and have at least two more years to bank $ at my firm before either chasing breakfast or going in-house. didn't really work exceptionally hard or do exceptionally well at any stage other than the LSAT.
how do people fuck this up?

No, it is HIGHLY PRESTIGIOUS.
Particularly workers' compensation insurance defense. (Only the BEST and BRIGHTEST get chosen.)
Also, please note: John Marshall in Chicago is as good as Harvard because YOU LEARN THE SAME LAW.
