Firms are cutting costs big time, fees are reduced, revenue is down overall etc.

The most profitable biglaw work is generally not shiTTTigation. However, a select few firms seem to be able to either lever up 6:1 on yuge cases (Paul Weiss) or take giant contingency fees and other arrangements (Boies and Quinn) to make yuge money.
