It is responsible for a large company like Home Depot, and is over 5 years old. I wonder, when must the law suit have happened? When the secret was first stolen? Or when it was put into action by the company and first noted by the company, like Home Depot?
I am trying to find him a Trademark Copyright attorney. If you guys know of any, let me know. Technically, the suit may be for the profits during the time period. |
