Date: April 30th, 2016 5:36 PM Author: thriller heaven depends. do you have your corporate entity (your corporate name used on documents) registered with the Head Post Master at your state's post office? If not under maritime law your fictitious corporate entity can register in any state.
Pretty sure i know like 3 guys who did this and the IRS just had to leave them alone. Also when you register make sure you use a 2 cent stamp and have a notary sign over your name when you register with the state's Post Master of your chosen residency. |
