awesome city with (relatively) low cost of living

tons of hot chicks

whitest city in the country (boulder)

less hours/stress than NYC biglaw

180 surrounding in your backyard to go explore on the weekends which you often off

everyones fit because all they do is go hiking and skiing

very low portion of proles because they have all been forced out by rents rising to an average of $1200

you're basically the top of the food chain as far as income professionals. sure there are some tech entrepreneurs and shit but there are no bigbanking or hedge fund bros; etc...

Denver/Colorado overall is pretty cool and the weather is amazing, but I think you're overstating the cheap cost of living and some of the other benefits. It's still pretty expensive to live in the desirable neighborhoods and Boulder is very expensive. Also, from what I've heard, the legal market has kind of tanked there since oil prices have been so low.

You could easily afford to live here as a junior associate: http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/1020-15th-St-APT-218-Denver-CO-80202/13319593_zpid/

That same condo in Manhattan wouldn't be possible unless you were a partner. LJL.

very few jobs, insular market, COL is higher than you think, and the few firms that fit what you're talking about aren't lifestyle firms at all and work associates just as hard as anywhere else. it's a more laidback vibe overall but you still end up working a ton and the people are just as nasty and grating.
