Lately my work product has suffered because of my crippling depression and severe anxiety related to loneliness. I want to feel happy and productive again. Here is my plan.
1) Workout 4 days a week
2) Nightly Yoga after work (theres a studio on the way home)
3) Pick up a new Hobby (I signed up for cooking classes)
4) Join a rec indoor soccer league.
5) Clean eating diet
