Date: June 25th, 2016 4:54 PM Author: razzle mustard halford austin isn't atlanta cheap, but you can still get a nice downtown 1BR for 1500. obviously quite a bit less if you don't want/need to live downtown in a nice complex.
it's only the luxe skyscrapers which are insanely expensive.
the thing about austin is there's such an influx of yuppies that 1BRs are significantly overpriced relative to 2BRs or small houses
and not having a state income tax is pretty nice |
