Possibly committed a legal ethics violation. How to handle?

Date: July 25th, 2016 7:17 AM Author: razzle-dazzle beta site athletic conference i wrote a demand letter that could be argued as threatening criminal actions. other side said it's unethical. it isn't an actual threat, but could be construed as a 'veiled threat.' i just dont want the hassle and want to 'take it back.' what's the best way to CYA on this?
sending a letter explaining that it's not a threat and backing off of it? |
