TNMT, Duck Hunt, Marble Madness, Contra, Punchout, RC Pro Am, Metroid, Dr. Mario, Tecmo, Double Dragon II, Mario Brothers, Mario Brothers III, the original Mega Mans, Legend of Zelda, Blades of Steel, and so much more.

Super Metroid > Metroid Link to the Past > Legend of Zelda Final Fantasy VI > Mystic Quest (and the SNES has the GOATUS JRPG catalogue of all time)
The only possible exception I can think of is maybe, MAYBE Mario 3 > Super Mario World but even that is highly debatable and probably nostalgia driven, and SNES had a Mario combo cartridge with 1, 2, and 3 and maybe even World on it.
