Date: August 26th, 2016 1:12 PM Author: purple tank You 100% need to have another lawyer review the agreement. There are so many little clauses in there that only a family law lawyer would pick up. However, if the lawyer who reviews it and you think it's fair - no, you don't need your own lawyer.
If you don't get your agreement reviewed you may have some rude surprises in the future. |
