From what I learned in statistics class, and psychology, is that random shit happens all the time in the world of human affairs. Heck, even conventional wisdom teaches us that: the quiet homely looking boy who never got any dates, but then magically meets a cute girl one day who is the perfect match for him.
But yet, here I am. No random on Tinder. The endless onslaught of its deterministic matching system has made me kind of depressed in its own subtle way. |
