Recently I made it to the final round for an interview with GE- for a toolmaker/machinist position. The original pool was 550 applicants that they narrowed down to 24 after testing, etc. From that 24 they took 12- but not me.
Incredibly at the final round interview was a 22 year old electrical engineer. I said "what the hell are you doing here?" He said "This is the best that's available." |

There should be no issue finding a job that pays decently, and definitely no issue finding a job that pays 30-40k. You could get a job as a waiter or barista TODAY. If you need an address to get on your feet, there are agencies that can help with that. You can use library computers and google docs if you don't have a computer to use for internet/job applications, etc.
If you have depression or ADHD, there is medication for that. If you don't have health insurance, get the cheapest Obamacare or Medicaid. Don't be too proud to beg for help with health insurance -- if nothing else, I'm sure your brothers will help with that. Nobody wants a sibling living in a car so ask them for help. You're hurting them more by not asking. |
