My real LSAT was the lower than any of my practice LSATs. Pretty grim, and it was entirely due to 100% avoidable fuck-ups. Basically my biggest academic disappointment. Though perhaps it was for the best, because if I'd gotten a 178 I'd probably have copped Yale and become a lawyer. |

Prepping just allowed me to consistently get -1 or a perfect score on games. Sadly on the actual test day I flubbed on two simple questions for reasons I'll never understand (I retook the game in question afterward without checking the answers and I got a perfect score nbd). Combined with some dumb mistakes in the reading sections and what should have been a 177 or 178 dropped to a 173. Didn't help that the test had no 174 score. I figured 173 with my GPA was enough to get at least T6 (true) along with big money at the lower T14 (also true). I got a JS1 off Harvard's waitlist but decided not to attend law school before doing the interview. |
