i basically secured an interview for next week, got excited, and then BAM! i read their reviews. Here are two.

Interviewee (Former Employee) – Irvine, CA – June 25, 2016

-This job is not what it looks like in the outside, it's just a way for them to find people with little work experience or no college degree.

(Work Schedule)- The work schedule is ridiculous expected to work 1 till 8, literally till Dusk. Your also expected to drive to crazy far cities and bad neighborhoods.

(Work Environment)-You get to stay in 1 hour in a A/C cooled offices building the rest is going door to door in the blazing heat or in the pouring rain. You also deal with customers who aren't interested or literally don't care. I can understand why they give you attitude because they don't want a sales person pushing products in there face.

Conclusion I don't want to make a long rant for this company so I'll summarize, your job is to push a product that you don't even know or that customers aren't even interested in. The job is more of a pyramid scheme than a actual job. Ridiculous schedules. Your coworkers seem to be brainwashed by these white collar charismatic leaders.Your expected to use your own car and no reimbursement of any kind. You go to another county to another. If you want a decent a job with a higher chance of a success rate, I wouldn't pick this one, it's what they want you to believe.

Here's some pointers in surviving the real world and not repeat the same mistakes That everyone follows, 1. don't follow people 2.know the stuff your working with 3. Learn how much and average person makes in a normal job don't let big companies pay you near poverty level 4. Don't be brainwashed so easily 5. Weed out the fakes from the truths 6.USE YOUR BRAIN

```
Beware.
Before my interview, I was told that I would absolutely not be a door to door salesman. I was also told that most of the leads are internal. I was also told that after 60 days full benefits are included.
Here's what they don't tell you:
From my shadow day:
It's a door-to-door sales position for office supplies, not for solar power. The job is usually 12 hours a day. You must drive to a territory and walk around, selling door to door out of a catalog. Strange they are selling paper products when u think u will be helping the planet with solar power.
Benefits are NOT included. They have a company plan which you can buy into, but since you will only be making 400-600 a week starting, Obamacare is probably much more affordable.
The very fact that they tell you that you will earn 400-600 a week for the first 2-5 weeks and working 12 hour days means you will be effectively making anywhere between 6.70 to 10 dollars an hour, and this is pounding the pavement and trying to make door-to-door sales as well as following up with people.
They also promise that within a period of about 6 months you will make 6 figures as an assistant manager, earning about 2,500 a week. This is hard to believe, since they are door-to-door office supply salesmen.
They expect you to drive everywhere and don't reimburse you for gas. This whole thing is sell for them on your dime. If money isn't going up a pyramid, then why is the percentage commission so low? Where is all the extra money going?
