Work with that client; you'll get a sense of the reason why this requirement exists and be more prepared. Pro tip: It has to do with solving problems rather than spotting issues, and a willingness to (within reason) guide the company with respect to areas of the law in which you aren't an expert. In most cases common sense + five to ten years of firm experience will yield or teach you how to find the correct answer. In extreme or unique cases, you will know who to call.
