Looking around my city, it seems like most salaries I am seeing for in-house legals jobs are in the $120K-$150K range, which seems really low. It seems like anybody reporting an in-house salary on here is always making double or triple that.

Depends on industry, city, and company. I make about $150-160k but there is a competitor the next town over that'd pay me $100k. No reason other than that they're really cheap. Most ppl on here are in high COL areas, so that could be a reason.
