Anyone been at a firm where they announced elevation from Non-equity to Equity..

We are doing this with one of our non-equity partners, and most associates know who is equity and non-equity anyway, but curious if this is even announced, and if it is, how. |

PC = prof corp. some equity partners are PC's, and others are not. it's up to the individual attorney to set up a PC or not. and a non-equity can be a PC as well. |
