Best way to learn corporations law in 5 days?

Focus on Agency, Partnership + Corp Formation, Duty of Care, Duty of Loyalty (Fiduciary Duties) and Shareholder Lawsuits.
Cop some of that sweet addy and learn it in a day. |

If you cant get a good outline, get an amazon.com study guide of some sort that is well rated. Read through twice, take practice exams. This is not ideal. |

i never attended corporations. i studied for 1-2 days with e&e and an outline and took old exams. b+ at the harvard school of taxi driving. |
