A screwed up thing about therapy...

Then, if the problem is too intense, you can't really come out with your feelings about it or you could be at risk of being committed, for being a possible threat to yourself or someone else. Good luck taking time off work for your involuntary commitment. And good luck with getting hired again as a former nut job. So you don't talk everything out in therapy out of an abundance of caution, and the therapist misdiagnoses you and thus, you get no real help. It's a shit show.
