1L at T14 -- Royally fucked up my final

Date: December 9th, 2016 5:55 PM Author: fighting mad cow disease Word limit 3,000 I put down 1200 by the end. I just froze I know I missed more than half the issues. Thing is my goal and lsat score indicate I got lucky to even get into the T14 at all-- that's really destroyed my self confidence and now it just seems confirmed.
Am I completely fucked? Should I just finish 1L and pray for a big law offer? I'm a minority if that changes anything |

1) Don't worry about word limit. Bro at my T6 who booked contracts typed 1/2 the amount other people did.
2) If you bombed, consider other exams. If you didn't royally fuck up and can get to above median, might be worth it to stay.
3) Which T14 and which market is important. A guy who finishes Median at Penn and is aiming for NYC is arguably stronger than an NYU/CLS bro who finishes median but has no desire for NYC.
4) If you fuck up, change habits. Study groups are SPS for 95% of people. Everyone I know who did one ended up at median or slightly above. |
