I went through the Precheck line and it was 4x as long as the non-precheck line and they made me take my laptop out of my suitcase in a separate bin.

Then the TSA people have attitude. It's like what the fuck did I pay you $100 for?

They acted like I was the asshole for not knowing I wasn't in Precheck, even though I got shuffled into the Precheck line with my Precheck ticket.

I understand that their dumbass logic requires them to sometimes "thoroughly" check all the passengers, but then just close the Precheck line entirely instead of bunching us all up.

PP lounges are like a decent halfway point between real lounges and just waiting at the gate. better chance at seating, slightly less prole people and usually a free drink or snack

So much of this is attributable to other factors, though:

On average, more experienced pilots fly larger planes

On average, larger planes have fewer take-offs/landings (thus fewer crash opportunities)

The 737 has been in production longer and many still inf light are older than the typical 777

Etc

Etc

Their crosswind component is lower, which can pose problems in weather/wind shear. Aside from that, how are they more dangerous - especially the 700/800/900s?
